- Salt

- Kewra water
Procedure:
First of all, marinate the chicken with onion and ginger garlic paste.
Now add some salt, 2 teaspoons of butter, and chopped green chilies.
Now leave it for at least 2 hours before cooking.
Now preheat the oven and add butter to it, and after that add garam masala. Then add the marinated chicken and let it cook for about 15 minutes.

- 1 cup oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 capsicum
Procedure:
Wash the chicken and add 1 tsp. Tomato ketchup, 1 spoon. Soy sauce, 1 tsp. Chilli sauce, 1 tsp. Vinegar, and salt to it. Keep it for marination for 1 hour.
Now heat oil in a pan and add onion to it. Add salt and fry till the onion turns brown.
Now fry the capsicum and tomato for 2-4 minutes.
Then prepare a mixture of corn flour, eggs, water, and salt.
Now apply this mixture well to the chicken pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken till it turns brown.
Now heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add green chilies and chopped garlic, and fry for some time.
